Olive Oil Testing Laboratory was founded in 2004 for the needs of inspectional surveillance and monitoring of olive oil. The laboratory was and still is based on the personnel potential and exquisite analytic equipment of a personal laboratory LABS d.o.o. and UP SRC. The National Panel for Sensory Assessment of Olive Oil also operates within this laboratory.
The UP SRC Olive Oil Testing Laboratory is the only accredited and authorised laboratory in the field of olive oil testing in Slovenia.
