The project is expected to improve olive oil waste management, increasing the use of renewable energy, bringing in innovation and creating new incomes opportunities. Core of the project will be the creation of supply olive-residues-to-energy chains, by involving the key public and private players, identifying the problems and the possible solutions and promoting concrete actions.
